Cash Powers Owls to Victory in Series Finale

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A three-hit outing for Donovan Cash lifted Kennesaw State (26-23, 16-10 Atlantic Sun Conference) to a 7-6 win in the series finale against Jacksonville (24-26, 17-10 ASUN) Sunday afternoon inside John Sessions Stadium.

Cash brought the power in game three with his third three-hit game of 2024 including his third home run of the season. He now stands alone in fifth on the KSU Division I record book with 22 career jacks.

Starter Braden Osbolt pitched 4.2 innings allowing just three hits and one earned Jacksonville run. Bo Rhudy collected his third save of the season behind three innings of one-hit, scoreless ball on the mound.

Sunday marked Kennesaw State’s final regular season road game as a member of the Atlantic Sun Conference.
