GREENVILLE, N.C. – Frankquon Sherman and Quincy Ademokoya both posted career-highs and highlighted five Kennesaw State players in double-figures as the Owls rallied from a six-point second half deficit for a 96-92 victory over Georgia Southern in men’s collegiate basketball action Sunday night in the Townebank Holiday Classic at East Carolina. With their first-ever win over Georgia Southern in four total meetings, the Owls moved to 3-1 on the season, and also picked up their first win over a Division I team this season.
