KENNESAW, Ga. –  Tuesday night is Kennesaw State Volleyball’s annual Griffin’s Game, as they Owls welcome Mercer to the Convocation Center for a 6:30 p.m. start. The game is named in honor of Head Coach Keith Schunzel’s son who was diagnosed with cancer in 2015. In an attempt to give back the kind of help they received, the Schunzels created this fund-raising game to help raise money for a local family dealing with childhood cancer.

This year, Griffin’s Game will honor King Senat, a six-year old boy from Powder Springs, Ga., who was diagnosed in February of this year with an aggressive form of cancer called neuroblastoma. Tickets are $10 while Griffin’s Game T-Shirts are $10 as well, with all proceeds going to the Senat family. Fans can also donate money to the family either at the game or online at KSUOwls.com.

There will also be a free fan giveaway of gold KSU flags for fans in attendance as well at the game Tuesday night.
