Heard Named to NABC Honors Court

KENNESAW, Ga. –Kennesaw State’s Delaney Heard became the fourth Owl to earn NABC Honor Court recognition as he was named the organization’s 2024-25 list, it was announced on Thursday.

Heard, a senior from Canton, Georgia, moved into the starting lineup in the final weeks of the season and helped the Owls to a top-four finish in Conference USA as well as an appearance in the CUSA semifinals. He played in 32 games with five total starts, and finished with 57 points, 30 rebounds and 18 steals. Heard, who held a cum GPA of 4.0, received his degree in biology in December, and was working on his pre-med concentration in the spring semester. He was also selected to both the CUSA All-Academic and the CSC Academic All-District teams.
