KENNESAW, Ga. – Kennesaw State’s Donovan Cash hit a three-run home run in the fifth inning to spark an Owl rally, while Tyler Simon provided the winning play as the Owls salvaged a split with Liberty thanks to a 9-8 victory in the second game of Friday’s doubleheader. The win to cap the three-game series gave the Owls a two-game lead over the Flames in the ASUN Conference standings.
